Workplace Coordinator (Factory 1)

Position Overview:

The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at Factory 1 (Hayward, CA), supporting our teams by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace. This role is hands-on and tailored specifically to the needs of a factory environment, not a traditional office space. You’ll be the go-to person for facilities support, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with workplace standards in a robotics manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations at Factory 1.

• Oversee facility upkeep, supplies, and vendor relationships.

• Support health, safety, and compliance practices in a factory environment.

• Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure the workplace supports production needs.

• Handle logistics for equipment, deliveries, and space planning.

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace needs and issues.
