Role Overview
As a Technical Lead in Electrical Engineering, you will drive the design and development of critical electrical systems for our humanoid robot. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from architecture and design to validation and production, ensuring that solutions are safe, robust, and scalable. This highly cross-functional role requires close collaboration with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the robot.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, embedded electronics, and safety-critical circuits

  • Own critical subsystems from architecture through production, ensuring reliability and manufacturability

  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to achieve integrated system performance

  • Guide and review schematic design, PCB layout, analysis, and validation activities

  • Drive electrical testing and verification at subsystem and system levels

  • Manage documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with safety and industry standards

  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level electrical engineers, fostering technical excellence across the team

  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during prototyping and production phases
