Customer Experience Specialist

We believe the best work is done when collaborating and therefore require in-person presence in our office locations. This role is based in our Palo Alto, CA headquarters and full relocation support provided.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for potential customers
Participate in call campaigns to follow up on leads and provide a personalized pre-sale experience
Deliver responsive and helpful support to customers pre- and post-purchase
Coordinate fulfillment, working with logistics and service teams to ensure timely robot deliveries
Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout sales and fulfillment
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and service teams
Tackle new challenges with a team-first, can-do attitude in a fast-evolving environment
