Position Overview: The Workplace Experience Coordinator serves as a facilitator for employee engagement, a catalyst for creating energy and excitement, a trusted advisor on office policies and procedures, an ambassador for employee well-being, and a vital conduit between employees and departments. The ideal candidate proactively enhances workplace culture, supports operations, and delivers a superior employee and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the “Face of 1X,” embodying the company's ethos to deliver exceptional welcome experiences for employees and external guests:
Staff reception desk and warmly greet employees and visitors.
Alert hosts promptly upon guests' arrivals and provide visitor credentials (name tags, temporary access badges).
Escort VIP clients as necessary to their meetings.
Curate the reception and lobby experiences by arranging furnishings and décor (balloons, lighting, signage, etc.) to suit various events and occasions.
Contribute to workplace security by managing employee access card activation/deactivation, reviewing security camera footage for incident investigations, and compiling issue reports from security programs.
Manage essential workplace programs (e.g., Janitorial, Food & Beverage, Catering) ensuring services align with quality and ROI expectations.
Evaluate and enhance Workplace Team offerings through feedback analysis, employee engagement surveys, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Finance, and other general and administrative departments.
Provide creative support for internal communications by designing visuals aligned with messaging.
Organize and execute "pop-up" and company-wide events to foster community and team spirit.
Coordinate external client meeting setups and internal new hire orientation arrangements (conference rooms and desk setups).
Participate actively in Emergency Response Planning initiatives.
