As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we are looking for a Robot Operator (Part-time Shift) to assist in collecting high-quality data to train our AI models and, eventually, to provide in-home support for our customers. The Robot Operator plays an essential role in operating our robots to gather data critical for training AI systems. This role involves following detailed procedures to ensure consistent and accurate data collection. As the robots are deployed to customer homes, Robot Operators will transition to providing direct in-home support. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual, willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends. No prior technical experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate robots according to established protocols to perform tasks for data collection.
Follow instructions to ensure data collected is accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
Monitor robot performance during operation and report any issues or irregularities to the technical team.
Maintain clear and organized records of all data collection activities.
Transition to customer-facing tasks as robots are deployed in homes, providing support for in-home operations.
Deliver excellent customer service during in-home interactions, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are escalated appropriately.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines to maintain a secure working and customer environment.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock operations.
